Regular expression is used to validate email in javascript. Here is a bunch of regular expression code.

Regular Expression

var re = /^(([^<>()\[\]\.,;:\[email protected]\"]+(\.[^<>()\[\]\.,;:\[email protected]\"]+)*)|(\".+\"))@(([^<>()[\]\.,;:\[email protected]\"]+\.)+[^<>()[\]\.,;:\[email protected]\"]{2,})$/i;

Validate Email in Javascript

function validateEmail(email) {
    var re = /^(([^<>()\[\]\\.,;:\[email protected]"]+(\.[^<>()\[\]\\.,;:\[email protected]"]+)*)|(".+"))@((\[[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\])|(([a-zA-Z\-0-9]+\.)+[a-zA-Z]{2,}))$/;
    return re.test(String(email).toLowerCase());
}

You should not depend only upon JavaScript validation. JavaScript can easily be disabled. This should be validated on the server side as well.
